An architect of custom home loan solutions, Karen has been in the mortgage banking arena for over 25 years. She worked with Pacific Life, The Travelers, and The Irvine Company in income property finance before transitioning into home loan solutions.
Focused on her client's needs and desires, she insures her clients and their agents of a smooth closing. She brings her personal expertise as well as that of a great team to the loan process. Her primary goal is to create a high trust environment for all parties involved.
Karen is a wife, mother of three, stepmother to three, and grandmother to five (so far). Karen enjoys scuba, yoga, Barre, dancing and membership in the Dana Point Yacht club in her spare time.

Katie is a dynamic personality who loves working with people and helping them reach their goals. She played Division I Women’s Water Polo at the University of California Berkeley while earning a History degree and serving as team captain during her final two years. She then moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan where she coached at the collegiate (University of Michigan), scholastic and national team levels for 10 years. Not one to stay stationary too long, she also earned a Master’s Degree and co-founded a youth water polo club where she served as its business manager. While she enjoyed her time in Michigan, Katie ultimately couldn’t resist the opportunity to return to her home state and join her mother in business.
Katie considers herself a Home Loan Coach. She combines her passion for helping people attain their goals along with her love of numbers to assist clients with purchasing or refinancing their homes. Katie primarily focuses on helping first time home buyers through the process. Katie and her husband reside in Long Beach with their daughter, Karen and son Eddie. In her spare time Katie enjoys being involved in Pure Barre, attending sporting events and traveling.

Stephanie is a former teacher who found her way into the mortgage business at just the right time.
Logical and organized, she enjoys taking care of all of the background work and checking all the boxes so that Karen and Katie can take care of clients. She is also able to originate loans with her license.
A lifelong resident of southern California, Stephanie lives in Lake Forest with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys reading, houseplants, traveling, and playing games.
